Belt scale,is an accurate metering system to make the continuous measurement of bulk materials in the belt conveyor,belt scale device components determine its accuracy,the following methods can be used for improving the accuracy of belt scale.

1、the signal line
The signal line of the weighing sensor and speed sensor should use shielded cable to reduce interference.

2、the roller
Try to use flexible rotation,beating small roller,the roller groups should be as even as possible.

3、the scale aircraft
Belt scale that try to use the weighing segment length,stability,power transfer into a linear scale aircraft,at the time of installation to try to leveling,and it should be regularly cleaned when using,so set tare ash affect change.

4、the weighing sensor
Select good linear weighing sensor,plus pre-pressure to let the sensor operate in the linear region.

5、the belt
The thickness and width of the belt should be as even as possible,try not to use metal connector joints,reducing the change of tare weight.

6、the speed sensor
Select the speed sensor with no edge effect sensor,photoelectric sensor is better,and to prevent interference.
